ReadyRig Warranty & Returns Policy
ReadyRig builds custom gaming PCs using tested, pre-owned hardware. All systems are stress-tested, benchmarked, and verified for stable operation prior to sale. By purchasing from ReadyRig, you agree to the terms below.
7-Day Limited Hardware Warranty
All systems include a 7-day limited hardware warranty starting from confirmed delivery. This warranty covers dead-on-arrival components, internal hardware failure under normal residential use, and power-on failures caused by component defects.
At ReadyRig’s discretion, approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement with an equivalent used part, or a partial/full refund if repair is not feasible. No coverage exists beyond the 7-day period.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover physical or cosmetic damage after delivery, misuse or improper handling, liquid damage or power surges, overclocking or BIOS/firmware changes, software or driver issues, incompatibility with customer-owned hardware, normal cosmetic wear, or change-of-mind returns.
Any disassembly or modification by anyone other than ReadyRig voids the warranty immediately.
Used Hardware & Performance Disclosure
All systems contain pre-owned components unless otherwise stated. Cosmetic wear is normal and does not affect function. Performance benchmarks and gameplay footage reflect the exact system sold, but results may vary due to software, settings, and user configuration. Purchase confirms acceptance of used hardware and disclosed performance.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for verified hardware defects reported within the 7-day warranty period. Returns are not accepted for preference changes, disclosed performance dissatisfaction, software issues, or user-caused damage. All returns must be authorized in writing before shipment.
Approved returns must be returned in original packaging, include all accessories, and remain in unchanged condition. Returns not meeting these requirements may be refused or partially refunded.
Shipping, Data & Service Rights
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved. Insured shipping or local courier is required. Customers must back up all data prior to return; ReadyRig is not responsible for data loss.
ReadyRig reserves the right to refuse any claim outside the warranty period or where misuse, tampering, fraud, or misrepresentation is evident.
