ReadyRig currently ships within Canada only.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under CAD $99 ship for a flat rate of CAD $9.99.
- Orders of CAD $99 or more qualify for free shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 9 business days after shipment, depending on destination.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Details
- PCs may require a signature on delivery.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Shipping Scope
- We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.
- We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes for all products.
Delays, Issues, and Lost Packages
- If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact ReadyRig as soon as possible so we can help investigate with the carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier first, then contact us if you still need help.
Returns and Shipping Charges
- Return requests and hardware defect claims are handled under our Refund Policy.
- If a verified covered defect is confirmed, ReadyRig will reimburse reasonable return shipping in accordance with the Refund Policy.
