Refund policy

Every ReadyRig system is tested and stress-verified before shipment to confirm stable operation. Many systems include pre-owned hardware, so minor cosmetic wear may be present, but each PC is checked for functionality before it leaves us.

Coverage
This policy covers verified internal hardware defects under normal residential use, including:
- dead-on-arrival components
- internal hardware failure after delivery

Request Window
To be eligible for coverage:
- a return or warranty request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- the request must include a clear description of the issue
- photos and/or videos should be included whenever possible
- any approved return must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery

Approved Resolutions
If a claim is approved, ReadyRig may resolve it by:
- repair
- replacement with an equivalent component of similar performance and function
- refund after the full system has been returned and inspected, if repair or replacement is not practical

Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- physical or cosmetic damage after delivery
- misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- liquid damage or power surges
- overclocking or BIOS / firmware modifications
- software, operating system, or driver-related issues
- incompatibility with third-party hardware or peripherals
- normal cosmetic wear consistent with used hardware
- performance differences caused by software, settings, or environment
- change-of-mind or preference-based returns

Any disassembly, repair attempt, or modification by anyone other than ReadyRig voids coverage.

Return Requirements
Approved returns must:
- be authorized by ReadyRig in writing before being shipped back
- include the full system; individual component returns are not accepted
- include all original included items and accessories
- be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
- be returned in the same condition in which they were received

Shipping & Documentation
All systems are documented and verified before shipment. Delivery confirmation, shipment records, photos, and serial documentation may be used to review claims and confirm order fulfillment.

If a returned system is verified to have a covered hardware defect, ReadyRig will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping remains the buyer’s responsibility. Tracked and insured return shipping is strongly recommended.

Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all data. ReadyRig is not responsible for data loss.

Fraud & Payment Disputes
ReadyRig reserves the right to refuse claims involving misuse, tampering, false claims, or suspected fraud. Order documentation may be used in the event of a chargeback or payment dispute.
